The arms of the robot can grab one or two to five wrapped goods at the same time,
and load them.

The handling capacity of the robot is 500 to 1600/HR.

When goods like sacks, boxes, or other products come near the mouth of the robot,
the robot arranges the goods on the pallet by type.

When a forklift puts 12 to 15 empty pallets into the magazine, each one is automatically
transported to the right spot. Then, the pallets are moved to the next phase (wrapping)
and the forklift transports those pallets to the warehouse.

This system has recently been developed by our company. In case of BAG, our robot
rides on a rail without carrying any pallets, while grabbing two sacks at the same time,
and arranging them. In the case of a truck with the capacity of five tons, the robot can
load up to 500 sacks within 30 minutes.

11 tons and 24 tons are available.

The Flattener Belt Conveyor is used by the robot to organize the wrapped products
on the pallets. Then, the robot grabs one or two products at a time and builds them up
by loading pattern. Afterwards, those pallets are transported to the wrapping machine,
and the wrapping process is operated on the upper part or the side part of those pallets.
